RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from PAPELOLI, simply return the item within 30 days of the date of the order. The items being returned must be in their original condition. We cannot refund your original shipping fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges; unless an item proves to be defective, we will cover the replacement shipping fee. Please allow 10-15 business days for the credits to be posted to the account. They are subject to your bank's processing time. We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. We are not responsible for any packages returned until they are received at our facilities.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges. For faster service, place your new order online and return the unwanted product for a refund. Follow the instructions in Return Policy to send the product back.
Please note: You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately so that we can help you cover the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service before returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Papeloli may limit returns if we believe a Customer is abusing our generous return policy.
